If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the refund period specified, you will be given a full refund of the initial amount.

Accounts will be installed, completed, and you will be notified within 24 hours with your account information. If we do not have your account activated within this time frame Best1Hosting will give you 3 free months of hosting. Failure to respond to our emails or phone calls to validate you as the card holder will invalidate this offer.

Accounts will be refunded if Best1Hosting is notified within the first 30 days following activation. No refund is available after the 30th day on regular plans or 15th in the case of our reseller plans. This policy does not apply to domain parking, or on domain name registration fees which are non refundable.

All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated by regular mail, or fax. E-mail notifications or phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation, and are no-longer acceptable. Use the information below to cancel your account.

Hosting Contracts are from month to month, quarterly or yearly. Billing for virtual and/or reseller accounts will begin when accounts are set up (the day you receive your account welcome package.) Included in all activation e-mails is a request for your signature for automatic credit card payments. All credit card customers need to fill out and return the authorization form no later than 7 business days upon account activation. If this form is not returned during this period, your account will be disabled until this information is received. The form protects Best1Hosting, and yourself from fraudulent credit card activity. If you are a new customer and have not yet completed the form you may go here and print it out

Credit Card payments are automatic, and a request for payment will not be sent, however, you will receive an e-mail receipt at the address that you indicate on your authorization form. Due to excessive mailings and late payments we are no longer mailing out hard copy invoices. All invoices and payment requests will be made via e-mail. All customers who pay via check or money order will be sent an invoice 10 days before their billing date. Customers have 7 days after their invoice due date to make their payment without being charged a late fee. For your convenience on-line secure check payments can be made.

Accounts more than 7 days past due will be disabled and incur a $10.00 late fee. At 20 days past due, accounts will be canceled and removed from our system. Requests for payments is given 10 days before your billing date. We feel 20 days is an adequate amount of time to make your payment. If a problem ever arises and you can not make your payment during this time frame please let us know at accounting@best1hosting.com so that arrangements can be made for you. Removed accounts will be subject to a $15 re-connection fee. Returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee, and will cause your account to be taken off-line until your payment is received. You WILL NOT receive notice for account removal if your check is returned due to NSF or stop payments, due to the fact that you will automatically be notified via your bank.
